We build Cloudveil clothing to last. All Cloudveil products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for the expected life of the garment. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our descretion, repair or replace it without charge.

Our guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling or alteration. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence, where we are not at fault, can be performed at a reasonable charge. Cloudveil wants you to be completely satisfied with your apparel purchase. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean.

Once you have received authorization from our Customer Service department, be sure to return your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
