Updated styling – same old Troller. The fave of patroller and other mountain professionals is back and better than ever.
Why do they love it? It’s the only insulated leather glove that is rugged enough to stand up to whatever they dish out. The combination of a stretch soft shell panel across the knuckles and a built-in curve to the fingers delivers a level of manual dexterity (nice words, huh?) that allows them to do things without taking their gloves off. Rugged on the outside – warm on the inside, and soft all over. A world-class cold weather glove.
BillyGoat™ Leather, Nylon panels
The Troller Glove is designed to provide all-day, “every-wear” comfort that will clock style points in the mountains and on the town. With an active lifestyle in mind, the Troller Glove balances the utility of durable, all-weather protection with an aesthetic approach that's versatile but not overtly technical. Whether riding the lifts, embarking on an afternoon hike or hitting the town, this piece will keep wearers feeling comfortable and looking good.

This is by far the best glove I've found for people who work with their hands in the cold. It has great dexterity, durability and is not too bulky. I use them working with tools, climbing, snowmobiling and skiing. I'm buying a second pair just in case I loose one. There is nothing else like these anywhere.

Got the new version of these glove a couple weeks ago and was a little worried as they had changed a bit, but Cloudveil continues to impress! Great design with awesome flexibility and dexterity, yet beefed up in all the right places. DId I mention they're really warm too?

I think I bought these around 2001 or 2002 (same year I bought Ak launchers in blue and solly 1080s were fairly new)
This glove is still going strong without a stitch outta place.
The insulation is really compressed, but after 10 or 11 years that's expected.

These are a sensational all around glove that have been my go-to glove for years. Due to the dexterity of them I use them for everything!

This is a great glove, warm and is perfect fit for me. Wear them at -10 with liner and a heat pack and hands are toasty. Much better than having to deal with expedition gloves or mittens. One big problem they cannot keep them in stock. Next year I'm getting 2 pairs "early"!!!!

These are hands down the best gloves I have ever owned. You simply have to use them for a season to really understand just how superior they really are. I would love to see Cloudveil start to offer a wider selection of colors. I would kill for a white pair.
Bottom line - I would be severely depressed if they ever stopped producing these gloves. They really are amazing!!

A mountain guide and skier, being able to work carabiners, ropes, bindings, etc without taking off my gloves is key. These gloves have excellent dexterity, yet are warm, and the leather holds up to seasons of work. On the mountain, leather gloves are key for working with stoves, crampons, etc, and these gloves hold up. One of the previous reviews notes that the waterproofing wears out eventually, which is true of almost any piece of gear: snoseal or other leather treatment restores these gloves to like-new water proofness easily.

This is my favorite day-to-day glove. I wear it for everything from driving and splitting wood to XC skiing and teaching kids snowscience. No gauntlet, so not so good for the powder days, but easier in/out the rest of the time. The waterproofing wears out after a season, but still the one glove I won't do without.

As a professional ski patroller, avalanche dog handler, and search and rescue member I can't imagine where I would be with out these gloves. I have at least three pairs, one on my hands, one in my pack, and one back up pair in the car. There are only a few days in a season that I need to wear a warmer glove otherwise this glove is perfect for my everyday abuse.

Terrific all around glove, especially for cold and windy conditions. Easy on and off (great for working with kids!)
My Troller Gloves went AWOL at the end of the season and it was my worst gear loss of year!
