Returns & Exchanges
Your return must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) #. You can either call Cloudveil Customer Service at (877) 255-8345 during business hours or you can get one online by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at Cloudveil.com, and click "Completed Orders" on the left side of the page.
2. Locate the order and click "Return Item(s)" on the right side of the page.
3. Find the item you want to return, and complete the following steps:
4. Select the appropriate quantity under "Qty. to Return".
5. Select the reason for the return.
6. Select the action you'd like us to take.
7. Click "Submit Return Request".
You will receive an email with your RA# in the headline. Either print this email and include it in the box with the item(s) you're returning or write the RA# clearly on the return label.Ship your package via the shipping service of your choice to:

If a package does not clearly and legibly display an RA#, we will be unable to process the return, and it will be returned to the sender.
To exchange an item, return the unwanted product to Cloudveil following the returns process outlined above. Next, purchase the replacement item anytime at Cloudveil.com or call (877) 255-8345. We will credit you for the original purchase when we receive and process your return.
All sales are final for products purchased in conjunction with end-of-season clearance sales. Given the nature of these sales, no returns or exchanges can be accommodated. Returns or exchanges of products purchased under the Pro Purchase Program are subject to the program's Terms & Conditions which can be found at www.cloudveil.com/pro.
