    1. Patrolling in the Koven

      As a ski patroller in northern Montana, I need gear that stands up to the elements as well as day-to-day use for work. The Koven pant is quickly becoming the un-oficial uniform of the Montana Snowbowl Pro Patrol. It is fully waterproof for the rare rain day, windproof for the relentless wind of the northern latitudes, and cut high to avoid powder down your pants. The only thing I would like to see improved on the Koven Pant is the amount of reinforced fabric on the inside boot cuff for the tele-skiers. I have been sloppy with the edges and cut some of the stitching on the inside bottoms of the pants.

      For our business Heli guiding these pants to me are the best. The fit, workability, and the higher back make a difference when you are carrying a pack all day.

      I am a pocket guy and these work well for easy entrance especially the leg pocket for those things you need.
