RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cloudveil experience. If you need to return a recently purchased item or items please fill out the return form that came in your package and ship the product and form to:

If you cannot find your form, please print out a return form.

Don't forget to insure the package and get a tracking number.

If you are returning an item, we will credit the card originally used.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an order, return the unwanted product to Cloudveil following the returns process outlined above. Next, purchase the replacement item anytime at Cloudveil.com or call 877.255.8345. We will credit you for the original purchase when we receive and process your return.


GIFT EXCHANGES
To exchange a gift purchased directly from Cloudveil please contact Customer Service 877.255.8345.


WARRANTY
We build Cloudveil clothing to last. All Cloudveil products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence - where we are not at fault - will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean.

For repairs/warranty issues, please call Customer Service at 877.255.8345 for an authorization number and shipping instructions. Garments received without an RA will be returned.

Please do not send any returns, unless authorized to do so, to our Jackson office. This will result in your return or repair being delayed.
