If our products do not meet your expectations, you many return them for up to 60 days from order date. Please fill out the return form that came in your package and ship the product and form to: Cloudveil Returns 7630 Gambrills Cove Rd Baltimore, MD 21226 If you cannot find your return form, please call or email Cloudveil Customer Service. We will provide order information required to process your return. Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used. WARRANTY We build Cloudveil clothing to last. All Cloudveil products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence - where we are not at fault - will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean. For repairs and warranty issues, please call Customer Service for an authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Garments received without an RA will be returned. Please Note: do not send any returns or warranty product to our Jackson office. This will result in your return or repair being delayed. Once you have received an RA from our Customer Service department, be sure to return your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. |
